Giveaways are ending an hour before I set them to (daylight savings?)

I created a few giveaways recently and noticed that they are ending an hour before the time I chose. It is only happening on the ones that are ending next month, but not the shorter ones. I am guessing this has to do with daylight savings time.

I created a giveaway to end at 4PM and then I saw it was ending at 3 and thought I just messed it up, so to make them end at the same time I created the next one to end at 3, but it is now actually ending at 2 :)

I guess it's not a big deal, it's just kind of annoying if you have a reason for a giveaway to end at a certain time.
