For those waiting to see if Full Throttle would be cheaper during the Halloween sale, I don't see any bundles on Steam that reduce its value by that much. It seems to be in one bundle, but the price for it is still higher on my end. I'll probably go ahead and grab tier three at this rate, but I'm not 100% sure yet.

if you have most of the other double fine games on steam, then the complete the collection bundle can drastically reduce the price of missing games. I got full throttle for about 60% off not long after the double fine humble a while back that way

Indeed, but I don't have three of the games in the bundle, so it's a wash for me. Certainly doable for others, I just don't know how much it reduces the price by.
