Why did my contributor level decrease from 2.10 to 1.42 over the course of 5 hours?

My contributor level today was 2.10. I gave away another game today (Front Mission Evolved) and when I checked back a couple of hours later, my contributor level decreased to 1.42. I'm really confused. Can someone please explain?

This system is really shit!
I was 2 month in lvl 5 and few days ago it changed to 4! And in money i had real spended 254$ ... now it shows JUST 154 $!
I have spend my money and i dont care if this games going bundled!!!
My last giveaway was 2 month ago and my first won lvl5 gift was 2 month ago too....
So it cant be, that ended giveaway to higher price going now bundled and user get decreased!
what the shit is this logic/system??!! So setup your system right!
If the giveaway ended before the game got bundled, user will get full price!

But lot of this games wasnt bundled when i created GA and ended.
Like i said, 2 month ago i had 254 $ in my real GA amount!
It dosnt matter how much % of games are bundled in my GAs.
Fact is in my profile and Gifts Sent 71 ($802.29), but just 254$ was real!
Now with system means 154$ in my real amount.
This is shit that user get decreased after GA to another amount has ended before the game got bundled!

if the game drops its price in the steam store, sg will use that value. that's how cv works.
