If you go on the game steam page, bottom right under Single player, Steam achievements, etc. there is Languages tab and for Italian it says Interface ✔ Full Audio ✔ Subtitles ✔ .
So i think you should be good, it doesn't matter if it's from AMD or not, in the end it still activates on steam.

as the title suggests, I was wondering if uncharted amd includes Italian and other languages even if the key sites indicate only en.
