Last year some developers changed their discounts as the sale went on. Its entirely possible that discounts will go up or down as it goes on.

Dishonored was -25% during the bethesda sale last week. I don't think there will be a better one. The skyrim deal is just shameful. I think they're trying to make it cost more to get the upgrade to the deluxe edition when its released.
