All transport costs and taxes will be disclosed to you prior to purchase. If a Hardware Product shipment is returned to Valve because delivery to you has failed, you bear the cost of the failed delivery unless you have exercised your right to cancel (see below 4.) or the failure of delivery cannot be attributed to you.

You'd have to proceed to the last step to see the exact amount (you can still cancel at that stage). For me shipping is 11 euro which already seems a bit steep, but 21 is utterly ridiculous.
And yeah, it was 66 EUR before the sale.

Well my dear Aku, I bought mine from Amazon and got free shipping, decided to pre-order it to get free Rocket League and Portal 2 (felt like instant discount to me) and it was my own bday present, with time it has only got better and I love it. If you can, give it a try!
Personally I don't find it hard to get used to (I played on consoles mostly until 2014), when a game is new it might be hard to find good bindings though... but once you find those which are right for you it's a breeze.

Seeing the Steam controller is on discount - I think now is the perfect chance for me to grab it. I have 38 euro in my Steam wallet (enough to buy it) but when I try to checkout - Steam tells me my wallet has not enough funds and asks me to choose another payment method FOR THE REMAINING 21 EURO (which equals to the original price of the controller of 59 Euro).
I don't get it!? Is it on discount or not!?
