I usually pause my humble monthly if the early unlock doesn't interest me at all, that way when it is something I want it only costs me 12 dollars and I get some bonus games for "free". Still feels a tad bitter if all the bonus games suck though :P

You get a little popup box when you click the gift button on the keys page. I only found out from a comment by MancSoulja in another thread I made.
(Not sure if you get it on your general list of keys page also, or just on the specific page for that particular bundle)

But that's the essence of HB monthly. It's like any other I guess lottery like different game cases and stuff like that, once You get something You wanted but another time it won't be in Your taste.
From this monthly i think i mostly enjoy HB original XD and worms i guess :D

I just figured there'd be at least one game I was excited to see revealed that would be worth spending the $12. I was thinking I'd keep maybe 1 or 2 and give the rest away here, win-win. I guess maybe HBM isn't for me.
I think partly it's because I also bought about 5 of those stupid GOG piñatas recently and just got a bunch of crap, so I'm kind of sour on the whole mystery game thing...

Yeah, September was kinda lackluster, glad I didn't buy it. However, early unlock for October seems very tempting, I'm still considering it.

Very disappointed with my second ever batch of Humble Monthly surprises.
Didn't even want the early unlock – Killing Floor 2 (donated that for Lugum's Weekly Jigidi thread), but I risked it anyway... *sigh*
EDIT: OK, maybe I'm not really that disappointed, I mean it is only 12 of your American dollars, and it does mean I get to giveaway 7 games that will make some people happy :D
