And if I do reach level 1, do I have to continually do giveaways to remain at level 1 or will it be static?

You don't have to do it continually, your level is calculated by the value of all games you've given away so far, and it's not dropping down.
Yes, you just send the gift to a winner (by email or directly through steam).

Hello, SG citizens!
It's been a while since I've won anything x( posted my last thread (and I might have been long forgotten since then ;_;), so I decided to remind of myself with something new. There won't be any trains (for now), because I've stopped buying bundles, but how do you feel about some nice weekly giveaways? =) Part of the reason I'm doing this because something seems a bit wrong in focusing solely on whitelist/group GAs. Of course, it's not my place to judge or to tell people what to do with their money, but isn't there, like, a community here?
So, let's try this. There would be some useful/useless information in giveaways' descriptions about the stuff I like (modern art, for example), I hope you'll find something interesting for you. I'll appreciate if you write anything upon entering, and I urge you to say a couple of words in case you won anything, please (для русскоговорящих: не забывайте про "спасибо" в случае выигрыша).
P.S. I also created an album for some small photoshops I'm making from time to time for SG - here =)
About the conditions: these are almost non-existent (lvl 1+), and I also cleared my blacklist, so let the leeching begin! =D
