If by better you mean completely uneducated... than sure

Hold on, guy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of Steam support either. I had an issue with Burnout Paradise recently, and tried contacting both Steam and EA about the issue. I talked to EA nine times before I finally got them to send me to their "computer experts". Atleast Steam had the common decency to just ignore me. EA spent eight times asking for my name and email, then having me explain the entire situation (this took about half an hour with their slow responses), then had just enough time to say "Boy, that's a doozy", then lose connection.

See the difference? Steam is the head cheerleader that laughs in your face when you ask her to prom. EA is the head cheerleader that, when you ask her to prom, she agrees. Then, on the night of prom, stands you up; leaving you humiliated and hating the world. Oh, and Tigerdirect is the head cheer leader that, when you ask her to prom, stabs you in the eye with a pencil, then spits on you as you lay on the ground screaming. I realize this isn't as common of an experience in highschool, but this was the only metaphor I could think of that correctly shows my experience with them.

Well i wouldn't like having a second game on an account and if you don't have anything else but that then, whats the used if all your going to get is battlefield, unless you already have other stuff there then, try asking EA to delete the Russian version but i doubt they would lol they never do anything even if its good for them
