having these ga's after the bundle sale is over still makes sense.

why billions of bundles games on the first 3-4 pages when u can buy all those games for just a dollar, plus also helping charity while doing that

I am sad but more happy because the site is back .. so i guess just have to ignore these tons of ga's .

But m pretty sure if bundles keep comming at this rate on the web, sg will have to come up with something to sort this out.

1: People are thankfull for them to give away those bundle game's because some people do not have paypal or no money to pay online.

2:I am happy that the site was back up too.

Part of our userbase is minors who don't have their own personal form of online payment.

yes, i can now see those minor's raging all over this thread. lol

i will close this before it is overrun by minors, there is no point me trying to explain the value of buying it and helping charities to them xD

The only problem is if people are giving away their Origin keys as I believe that would not be allowed. Otherwise, get the bundle/win some games, sync your account and...they're gone! All sorted. :)

+1 I'm down to 4 pages of GAs =( and the points keep coming!

of course, if you aren't interested in the games bundled, then the above link by Damien1P will help!

i received both steam and origins keys.. after i redeemed it in steam i was still able to use the other key in Origins .. whats up with that :s ?

Origin and Steam are two separate platforms.

that's what i don't understand, it means we get two copies of each game in a dollar :O ?

does that mean i can use the steam key for my account and give the origin key to any of my friends who want to play ? i am confused here

No, your Humble purchase is intended to give you one personal license for each game. Splitting it with two people is piracy.

Newer EA games on Steam also activate on Origin since the Origin client came out. So when you download them and open Origin and/or use your key in Origin, it will add that copy to it. In the cases where this doesn't work you can contact EA support and they'll be able to add games like Dead Space or Bulletstorm (upcoming) to your account. This is for the Steam key copies, not the separate Origin only ones.

Don't sync. Enter into as many long-term GAs as you can and store points in them. You'll then be able to raise your effective point cap, which'll be useful later when the going gets dry again.

i dont understand whats sync got to do with it but that is a neat idea, entering long term giveaways now xD

If you activate games from the bundle and then sync you won't be able to enter GAs for the games you activated. You'll then have less room to store points and you'll likely need to do more work leaving GAs nearing closing and enter new long-term GAs. Not syncing will allow you at most a week of extra wiggle room.

I remember that bundle games were prohibited. I miss those days. The reason they're allowed now was not because it was deemed an okay thing to do. No, it was because SG just didn't have the manpower to sort through every possible bundle key. You're buying a bundle in HIB for personal use, not a bunch of seperable, tradeable licenses.

I think I'll save my spare copies until after this all dies down, so people who missed it can have a chance at the ones I already have. It's not like people can scour the internet 24/7, and there are outages and times you simply have to be away from the computer (or home).

It is a little spammy, but oh well.
As far as I recalled when reading the FAQ rules when I joined only days ago, aren't the games from humble bundles only supposed to be worth a tiny fraction of their usual value? Maybe I misread it, or spotted a sample of the older regulations.
