About Assassin's Creed Black Flag Digital Standard Edition Pre-Order id

Hi everyone. I decided to buy Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag. A trader is selling the game. I saw the gift in his inventory. The gift doesn't have any tags but i want to be sure.

Tried to check steamdb but couldn't figure out.

The gift is in his inventory, but sometimes trades just lie to sell their games. This mate wants to be sure.

you can get trade banned by steam if you lie to someone to trade them a RU tagged game.

You can't trade RU version of AC4, because you can't buy it as gift.

Well do you know of a way to find it out before? I don't. He should ask him, and saved the whole conversation. If he lies about it report him.
