Where can I get a global/us key for Witcher: Enhanced Edition?
Nowhere, as only GOG keys exist, you'll have to either:
- find a ROW Steam gift;
- have the winner agree to reroll hoping you get assigned one that's not from USA or Switzerland;
- have the winner agree to a deletion the giveaway;
- take the not received mark.
And do you want to know something funny? You can't gift it from EU to USA because it's 1 cent cheaper than the minimum allowed.
Yes, that's right, 1 whole cent. Or maybe not even whole, due to decimals.
You could also wait a few days and see if the Dollar gets a bit stronger, so that the price difference will be within the maximum allowed difference of 15%.

The easiest(or cheapest?) solution would be to find another nice person to gift or if you trust the winner to purchase the game himself in usa and pay the other person with paypal, of course it'll be risky either way and I don't know if mods will let you delete the giveaway or what in your case. You will have to discuss with the winner in any case.

If you have someone you trust in the US you could paypal them the money and have them send the gift to the winner, or you could paypal the winner and have them buy it for themselves.

hello people,
I have the following problem: Actually there was a discount for all Witcher games so I thought I'd take the chance and gift Witcher : Enhanced Edition to someone. What I didn't know is that the game seems to be region locked and now I am having the problem that the winner of that giveaay can't receive the game from me as a steam gift since he is from the usa.
I was thinking: ok well I might have to pay a bit more but it's kinda my fault so I'll just get a key for him insteadt. But now after some while of research I still haven't find any place where I can find one. Only offers are I found are for steam gifts wich are not helping in that case. So, as stated in the title does anyone have an idea as where to still get a key for that game wich can't be activated in the states?
Or any other possible solution to solve the case.
