Yes, rules are all very clear. Giveaways created on at least a monthly basis, must run for at least 24 hours. Don't be rude and don't beg. Say thanks for all giveaways.
No problem on any of these. I'm in a different time zone from you, so I may be asleep when you're done with work. If you can't reach me but all's okay, please extend the invitation.
Edit: And I just read about the ratio piece. Not a problem. I'm part of two ratio-based groups and am in good standing.
