Just want to know why so much bioshocks, steamgifts now looks like bioshockgifts :)

you didn't do anything wrong, normally floods of a game are from cheap bundles or free keys

According to the Steamgifts FAQ:

Do not submit CD-keys or Steam gifts that have regional restrictions, or those that require VPN activation or methods to bypass regional restrictions.

However - I seem to recall reading that private giveaways could be created for region-restricted games, but I can't find where I may have read it. You may want to ask one of the support people, if nobody remembers...
