DOW2: Chaos Rising - Is this a steammable key?

Hi guys, i found this game on amazon : Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising

I don't understand if this is a steammable game or not. In the description there isn't any advice that the game requires Steam client to activate it, but in the reviews sections, people writes about STEAM and GFWL DRM.

So what? Is this steammable or not? ^^
