yes, i believe this should be handled for each individual game. that way you punish the guy who frequently retrades won games more, than the guy who just forgot to activate once.

Wait, I have lots of unactivated keys from bundles, does it mean that if I try to activate them now I'll be suspended? confused

The bundle counts as one, so 5 days.

Welcome back and don't be mad at the moderators. They are doing their job and I think they are necessary. There's rules to this site and somebody has to do the job and make sure people follow these rules.

well at least you're not suspended anymore, but suspension for every single stuff from a bundle? Makes no sense.

Actually, I think that ban should be tied to number of not-activated games, but in your case I believe that they should unban you right after you activate the missing games. If it's a first case of violation, and you explained it was by mistake - there is nothing to ban you for the full time.

Welcome back :3 I feel your pain haha, I've been suspended multiple times recently (only for 5 days at a time mind, not 3 weeks in one go!!) for not activating keys that I couldn't possibly activate because they were duplicate >.< I contacted support the second I found out in the hope that it would prevent a suspension but it didn't unfortunately :( other times I've won gifts that couldn't be claimed by my region (despite not stating that in GA) and then been apologised to and pestered to mark as received, even though I can't activate it, which ofc led me to suspension >.< It was pretty annoying to be repeatedly suspended when I didn't even get my prize, especially knowing that the creators presumably got their contribution points for essentially giving away nothing Q.Q sometimes I think it's better not to win xD

And lets not forget the time I won something and happened to be away for a week temporarily living with my disabled grandmother to help her around the house (she has no internet); I got back home only to find I'd been banned for not activating a game I couldn't possibly of even been aware that I'd won haha. Oh well, rules are rules I guess!

But you did not get suspended individually for not activating each game of a single win of a bundle.

Both the thread and the poll are misleading, unless you are supporting people being suspended for each individual game of a single win. This is not how it works or what happened.

It's funny how people still try to stretch the truth when they know support members are pretty active on the forums. As lina and ronix say above, OP was not suspended for each individual game in the bundle.

Ooops! Mods are right. Went to screenshot the suspension page for evidence and ended up basking in my incompetence. Please ignore my poll while I sit down and eat my humble pie.
