Hello everyone!
3 months ago I wrote to the Support in the 'Other' section about an unfair ban and a request to change the status in one drawing to 'Not Received' (the game was recalled by the developer), since they gave me an unfair ban for a week because of this game. During this time, no one answered me. Is anyone responsible for the 'Other' section in the Support? Or do I need to write to another section of the Support? If so, which one.

Hello. As far as I know. There is no active support members at this moment. Only bots.

Unfortunately there are very few support members (20?) but nearly 4k open tickets (you can see the open tickets if you scroll down here).

there are tickets that get priority like rerolling or banning apparently... others get worked on as support finds time

The bottom line is that I had already created an application in the 'Other' category, it was open for more than a year and during this time no one considered it. This section does not have a person who is responsible for it.
As for the ban, at that time I also wrote to the Support in the 'Unsuspend Request' category with evidence, but no one also began to consider my request. As a result, I had to sit in the ban for a week.

If they find time for my ~500 open tickets a bunch of people will maybe say "why now, years ago...?".

It is, how it is.
Here are far from enough support members and so tickets, partly, wait up to 2 years+.
