Is this still the case, though? Hat man is still not on the bundled list while the games from recent bundles seem to have been already added.

I understood that if you give away game before it is bundled you receive full value. This is quote from official announcement "Giveaways for bundle games created after the bundle date will always receive 15% of their value"

That's true but it seems that, as Aseed said, games with sale over 95% are considered bundled so if you've bought the game now, on the sale, and created a giveaway for it it's gonna be considered as bundled from the day that the sale for it started and all the giveaways created for this game since the start of the sale will be viewed as bundle-game giveaways

You will probably get bundle contribution for this game if you create a bundle after the price drop began. It's the way this site handles CV.

Yep, presentation is quite crude, but the game plays pretty smooth and the mechanics are interesting. At least as far as I have played so far

And it's not a price error or a freebie given by the developers.

Then you should highlight it to them. Personally I don't really care if a game gets bundled or not or if people decide to spam GA for a particular game. I just filter it off and be done with it.

"The Hat Man: Shadow Ward" is also not trully bundled but it got marked as bundled some hours after some of us bought and donated some 5packs. In that case we only got 15% of the CV .
