Can those £10 off eBay vouchers be used by other people?

I've gotten quite a few emails off eBay as such :
This

•Valid until 22 August 2014

•Valid for purchases made with PayPal

•Discount does not apply to postage

•Minimum spend: 20 GBP

Does anyone know if only I can use the code or if other people can? I don't really use eBay so was wondering if it's possible to give away the code.

EDIT: Just found this on their FAQ
"Most vouchers are addressed to a specific user ID and/or email address, so can only be redeemed by the owner of that account."

Think so, as long it a code and not a link that comes with your mail
