Bump, if there is still some achievements hunters here, here are some informations:
A huge amount of listed game in the OP message doesn't have Christmas achievements that you need to do during the Christmas period.
95% of the game in the list are listed because of that.
I have checked manually for games I have, and for games that I don't have these Christmas achievements, but as I have 90% of those games, I'm probably don't missing so many things.
Anomaly Warzone Earth: the Christmas achievement is dead, there is a hope to get it back, but a little hope.
Revenge of the Titans: it's time to get it.
Cave Story+: run the game the 25th.
DEFCON: Play the 24th.
EDGE: Can be obtained in december, but not only in december.
E.Y.E.: no more available.
Nuclear Dawn: maybe avaible when the update come (the update is maybe already available, I don't know.

Serious Sam 3 Christmas in Cairo is achieveable for a longer period than just the 24th, that was just an arbitrary date he suggested for moving the clock. There is a new Serious Sam 3 achievement that was added just recently, 0% have completed it, you can see it in global stats, it's definitely a holiday related achievement though and quite possibily time restricted.
GundeadliGne's "Holiday in Hell" seems to be date specific, and I wouldn't be surprised if the holiday achievements for Higotta Happa and Gundemonium Recollection are also time specific (they should be working currently)
Costume Quest, The Dead Linger, Psychonauts, and B.U.T.T.O.N. also have achievements for playing on the 25th (in addition to Cave Story, that is), BUTTON's can be obtained on the 24th or the 25th. The Dead Linger has other holiday achievements, but I have no clue whether they are time sensitive or not, Pyschonauts also has another holiday achievement besides doing something on Christmas day, I'm not sure if it's time sensitive or not, off hand
Killing Floor is definitely time sensitive (since it requires the right type of zeds)
I think RUSH and Toki Tori are also time sensitive (like EDGE...same developer)
HOARD is probably time sensitive..needs confirmation though
Spiral Knights and CrimeCraft Gangwars are both time sensitive afaik, the Christmas update is live for Spiral Knights until Jan 2nd, so that should be live now
Valve games are all time sensitive (Gift Grabs), most of which (if not all) need to have the clock set to 2011 holiday sale dates (also needs confirmation)
