Anyone know any GamersGate representative I can talk to? (ticket is pretty slow)

So, I've bought Bethesda Collection from GG and my paypal got limited and the purchase was reversed immediately. Reason : suspicious activity. I called Paypal and they released my account. When I told them to unreverse the payment to GamersGate, they told me to contact GamersGate instead because unreverse is not possible. I've sent ticket to GamersGate almost a week ago but still no response.

I have the game on my library before, but I didn't take the keys because the payment was reversed. Game is no longer in my library today, so do you guys think they will let me repurchase that Bethesda Collection or they will just doing bullshit like they usually do?

It will fucking pissed me off after F5-ing for 3 hours for nothing then I got my paypal account locked as well before(released now).
