Has anyone used InstantGaming site?

I buyed many Games from instant gaming and never had problems with them. No Revoked keys or Delivery problems . Preorders comin also when the Game released

Never heard of them but at best they are grey market, making this a (buy at your own risk) situation. If you want authorized retailers, use isthereanydeal.com to filter through them and find the store with the best sale.

It's a bit suspicious that they request a photo ID. Some people might not want to deal with a shop like that.
