Is an Dual Core enough for GTA 5

I want to buy an new laptop with the specs :

Intel core i5 5200U (dual core)
8 GB ram
Nvidia Geforce GT 840M
8 GB cache SSD

Can it run GTA 5 on Low/medium with normal fps?

Thanks!!! i have a question if u click on the GPU it says on the right : Gaming Performance Comparison... with the %.. is it better when the % are higher or lower???

I think it means how much you compare to the minimum requirements to play it in 1080p@35fps with everything turned down. So in 768p you should be good maybe even in low/medium.
