You deserve the game, but if he want a trading card from the game, I don't see a problem with that. However, I do see the extortion of wanting to only give you a trading card instead the game.

Is that legal or should I insist on getting the game for nothing?
edit: thank you for your replies. I have checked the FAQ but it only says "Do not ask for any sort of payment/exchange in order to enter a giveaway. This applies to group rules as well." so I wasn't sure if it applies just for the winner or not. (after all he didn't want to trade anything to entering the giveaway). But now, with your answers I know that I shouldn't give anything.
