Should I buy Prototype 2?

Hey guys, so I was wondering if Prototype 2 is a good game.
I've played it once on a PS3 for like 3 hours and I really liked, but I've read so much about performance issues and stuff I don't know if it's worth it.
Also, should I buy Prototype first?
What's the biggest discount on Prototype 2 so far?

Biggest was $10 for both Prototype from Amazon if I'm not wrong..
I bought it last time and traded Proto2 for Skyrim LE =)

But we haven't seen anymore sale like that ever since..

I played it and almost unlocked all achievements on my 360, I liked it quite a lot, so for me, it's a yes :D
