It's probably a Steam API bug.
You can submit a ticket and ask or wait for it to fix itself.

$0 doesn't mean it's been in a bundle or free, it means one of the following:
1: Free weekend for the game, so the Steam API is reporting a value of 0. This fixes when the weekend ends.
2: Game is removed from Steam, so no longer provides a value when requested. sg staff needs to manually re-add the last value of the game.
3: Game got added to a different Steam listing. sg staff needs to manually re-add the last value of the game.
4: The game is temporarily removed from steam, or Steam API is simply outright bugged. This usually sorts itself out- if not, sg staff will need to manually add the last value of the game.
5: The game is in preorder and not giving a 'live' value yet, so Steam API is reporting $0. This usually fixes shortly after game release.

tl;dr version, wait a bit and see if it fixes on its own, and if not, put in an 'Add Game to List' support ticket.

Your PAYDAY The Heist GA was marked as bundle probably because it was given for free for 24 hours. Or yeah, probably because it was -90% numerous times, and if you change it to rubles, it is lower than 90%

Wasteland 1 is removed from Store. And SG's system always asks for the Steam prices, but since it's no longer present, it gets 0. You have to submit a ticket.

It was free on steam, there were no free keys for it [that I know of].
If you can't trade it/put it up for giveaways, its status isn't affected in any way.
Doesn't matter if 99% of users got it free from steam that day, there's still no way to exploit that through trading/giveaways, so there's no reason to add it to any lists. :)

Ohh, thanks. Damn, Steam would need a notification system for re-distributed games.

If it gets on the bundle list, it will be considered bundled forever.

If you create a GA before it was bundled, it'll be good, since they also have a date attached. From that day on though, the site won't care about where the game was from.

Some kind of bug with steamapi. And seems like no one care to make a workaround for a cases like this. We just have to accept it.
