The game has no Italian language support. The only thing you could do is begging the dev to add it or translate it on your own.

The game was never officially translated to anything besides English. You can't magically create translations by changing system files.

If you find an unofficial translation, you'll have to follow the instructions it provides.

So this is a really good chance for you to learn English. English is after all widely used all over the world and it's really helpful to be able to speak it. Learning a language while playing a game can actually be pretty fun too!! ( ^ ɯ ^)

The game actually has a fair amount of text reading... you'd be surprised.
