Game was released yesterday~~, so I assume it's a price bug~~ (bought it for 10.49 RUB, so it's not visual bug)

I totally understand that this matter is really important to you, I was able to confirm that there's no bug in the system with regards the pricing on our shop. The price that you're currently seeing is the price that the developers input on the shop. We Epic Games Player Support don't have any control with regards this matter.

Seems like asians in Russian epic store doesn't work, still shows as regular price for me.

In order for the store to show prices in rubles, you need to switch the country to Russia in the account settings
https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal?productName=epicgames&sessionInvalidated=true

You can change the country yourself before the first purchase in the store (after the purchase, the region of the account is fixed and only the store's support can change it.)

In my country Argentina, Lake cost ARS$ 224,99 (us$2.30) in STEAM, but in the EPIC Store cost us$223.00

"Мы сами с ценой не ошибались, а если разработчик(или его издатель) по ошибке указал 10 рублей - значит это проблема разработчика (и его издателя).
Мы честно выполняем обязательства и продаём игру именно за ту цену, которую сам разработчик установил и пока он сам не исправит её - цена будет 10 рублей."
