Where can i post my GLEAM links? Do you know any steamgroup/discordchannel/websites?

What you can do is make a giveaway here and link to his twitch or something in that giveaway.

Many will get disappointed with their views and such and hope to be the next pewdiepie, either get more creative or just accept it and become better in your channel.

i believe you can post your gleam giveaways in your giveaway descriptions (not on forum). But most people don't read descriptions anyway

Please note, in giveaway descriptions we do allow users and developers to link to their related Steam Greenlight, group, and store pages, as well as their social media channels.

Overgrow allows any giveaways post it on there if you want.

My advice falls in line with what Lugum and Mihey3Z mentioned. In order to promote my stream, I make two giveaways: one that is public and one that is invite-only. The public giveaway mentions that there is an invite-only giveaway available through my twitch channel and has a link to my channel. It's not a huge amount of exposure but it definitely makes a difference :]
