Even though February is awesome (since your birthday is in it, of course ;) ), and June is excellent (since my birthday is in it ;) ), I have to say October (even though April and May are close, as I LOVE Springtime!). I really like Halloween. It is my favourite holiday.:)
And even though I did wish you a happy birthday in the other thread, you are certainly worth getting more birthday wishes, Ottis!!!:)

I think February 29th is the best birth date, but I find it hard to pick a best month... have important family birthdays in Jan, Feb, May, June, Sept, Nov, and Dec.
