few more words about steam secure system

i got hacked by email (someone get acess to it, reset my password, delete my phone and delete my auth from account)
i got hacked second time by same method. no, i dont have acess to my mail yet, mail support dont returm me my email more then 20 days. so thief just send new request from my first email (hacked) and steam instantly return account to him.

most fun situation was when i finaly got answer from mail support and got acees to my mail!!!!!!!!!!!
so, i deside to read whats inside and send apologises to people he answered during i was hacked - and i find unread answer from steam support - i click link to read it:
hacker try to return steam account to original main third !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i deside to answer to steam support that i finaly got acess to original mail and was surprised that i dont find any information during discussion where steam support can recognise real account owner (there was just kid crying about someone steal his account and copypasting keys from email) - steam beliave him, wow, real secure!!!!!!!!!!

and HOLD ON, MOST FUN PART HERE:

i find that someone answered to this appeal 8 seconds before i send answer. same kid still have acess to that appeal!!!!!! he dont have my mail, he dont have my account, but he still have acess to my personal data!!!!!!!! he can easyly see it, copy my personal data if i ll type it, and whatever he want

i create new request to steam support about this situation and why tf they giving him account
and answer from steam support was as stupid as they usually are :
we cant give you information about how you was hacked and how he still have acess to appeal.
