Heads up there. There are so many promising talented young players in England, you'll just need a coach who forms a team out of them. Failure is the first step to success. In two years most of these players who lost yesterday will have much more experience.

I'm from Hungary, but a huge England fan since the '90 world cup in Italy. Hoping, and always hoping. I admired the bravery of Hodgson that he believed in the young guns, the friendly games were good, but if you decide to stick with formations and players who didn't do anything good in the first three matches (yes Harry Kane i'm looking for you), that will be the end. He was the biggest dissapointment in the whole tournament. I can't imagine either that who was the dumb ****, who decided that he has to take free kicks. And after the 123rd bad attempt he took the 124th. GTFO. I'm a fan of him, but come on. If Hungary wouldn't be there, i would be furious as in every two years, but i just turned off the television...

That's what they said about Iceland vs England as well, and look what happened. Of course they can beat France, just that it's more likely that they'd lose. I'll be rooting for Iceland as I have done since the qualifiers at least

Yeah, they've already played a great qualification, but nevertheless everybody understimated them. Now they're paying the price ;-)

As a representative of Wales, I'd just like to mention that was an English exit from the competition - not a British exit.
