When I was leaving the dentist last week, after scheduling another appointment for 6 months time the receptionist said, "Dare I say, Merry Christmas?".
After the uncontrollable groan escaped me, I collected myself and retorted, "Oh yeah?! Well, Happy Easter! How do you like that?!".
Your costume looks great! I was initially a little disappointed that you don't always dress as Lady Santa, because...Lady Santa! She's hot and giving - what's not to love? However, I do also like an Alice in Wonderland theme and it looks like there will be a fantastic Queen of Hearts.
I'd definitely dress up if I could find a party to go to.

The mood was already light and friendly from my comedy efforts before my appointment. They use an iPad for patient registration and other things, and it had started "ringing like a phone" (some sort of alarm, I guess but the receptionist didn't know what it was). The receptionist picked it up and ran out the back with it. When she returned, I asked her if she had run off because she needed to catch a Pokemon. She said no, but one of the other staff members dobbed her in as having Pokemon Go installed on her phone - she guiltily explained that it was just because her daughter liked it. :-D
How was the Queen of Hearts costume received by those whose opinions you value, and did you have a fun night?
P.S. I stumbled upon your Steam review of Wrath of Anna and it made me laugh. I couldn't decide whether to rate it as helpful or funny. After vacillating a bit, I settled on helpful and decided to send you a friend request instead of just stalking you from the shadows.
