Restore access to account

Try writing a ticket to support, we can't do anything about that here on Discussions.

Like maruten said you'll have to send a support ticket (support>ticket>other) and explain the situation.

First time I hear about a person being banned for using multiple IP addresses.
More reasonable explanation would be that several users were using the same IP address, which would suggest multi-accounts, which is a big no no.

We don't suspend users just for having the same IP. In fact there's one user with same IP as this one that we did not suspend.
Also we don't discuss user suspensions with a third party.
