Whats happens to aerena giveaway now that the game is f2p ?

Ok so i made Aerena gift giveaway that is still going and yesterday the game went f2p so im wondering what i should do with my gift since now it seems useless... should i delete the giveaway or just leave it so that somebody wins a free game :\ ?
