Giveaway help!

So I bought the humble deep silver bundle as a gift so I can put it for a giveaway,problem is that I got an URL,I can send the URL to the winner after the giveaway?I'm quite new here and since I won a steam key,I would like to create a giveaway.

Yes. Just make sure the URL is unclaimed and the winner has access to all the Steam keys as well as the DRM-free content and to select the correct options (Beat the Average with Ripdtide, Beat the Average, or Below Average).

Check the winner's Steam profiles for the games in the bundle some time after you send it to the winner and check the URL to see if you can still access it (if you cannot and it says something like gift already claimed, that means the winner used the gift link to get the page URL and hopefully then linked the page to his/her account). It's better to add the winner as a Steam friend rather than just email and give out the prize over Steam chat so that you know the other person received the gift and then the winner can mark your gift as received on the SteamGifts website.
