Oh Zanzarah: The Hidden Portal... its a good, but sadly broken game in lot of modern system (extremely slow fps anytime box of dialog opens, in the main screen or inventory), also no resolution options (1024x768 max) :(

haha I doubt they'll convert coin value and actually pay that to charity from their own pocket; they probably have that written somewhere in the terms and conditions...

I learned it was a bug that affected many during their web page upgrade. Which was easy to fix once they find out you were affected. They fixed it within 10 minutes once I submitted ticket. Thanks for the response.

Well, look at the games I mentioned- just for those 4, $1 per game is a great deal if you're interested in them.
Though, I certainly won't fault you if you decline to follow through- I'd be extremely unlikely to, myself, in general. Though for this bundle, I might have made an exception.

I admit, after the thrilling hints [which yay, all proved accurate!], I was expecting one or two of those to be in the bundle, and the rest of the games to be junk, but, well, this was a very nice surprise :D

G2A does the same and i hate it.

That's not something Groupees-related, I imagine, given that you're the first I've seen mention it.
So I'd suspect it's a regional element, or something to do with your payment method.
I know [most?] of us use Paypal [without problems].. ?

I know it's not Groupees fault. It's the payment method they have. The same happens on G2A, GMG, and many other sites.
Whatever they have it works differently than sites like Steam, IG, BS or HB (it even works on Squenix, that's how i paid my horrible misery bundle from December >:( )
It's some verification process my bank needs to do before i can make an online purchase, they need to verify I am who I state I am, but they can't never get my account properly set up even though i have contacted them multiple times already; they throw me around and they end telling me that i would need to wait a couple of days .l.
And well, i would use Paypal, but again, i need to contact my bank in order for them to do some stupid things i can't do on my own >:/
Oh, btw, they take days to get the verification done. So yeah. They have a horrible customer service and they are lazy.

I assume the negative comments at the end are related to your bank, which sounds like a pain to deal with.
Not much Groupees can do, given how few people they have fielding support, if this is something they have to do for you each bundle you choose to buy. :/

Yup, i hate my bank and the people who work on it because they don't know how to give proper support.
It's not Groupees fault, i understand, and i forgive them.
And i don't really mind not being able to buy stuff from them. I do :(
But, it's okay, i can save my monies on shittier bundles from IG, BS and HB.
So everything is fine.
And in regards of changing my bank... I'm too lazy to do that, and also because in my job there is a "deal" with the bank so we can get things for free :)
In any case i'm gonna contact Groupees Support and see if it is possible to change the way they receive payments, at least for my case. Global Collect works fine in other sites for me, Xsolla is the one that is a jerk
