I was afraid I'm too late to solve all this, but once you figure the second theme it wasn't that hard when you're familiar with it :)

Hey folks, I wrote this whole puzzle in a text document about a month ago when it came to me in a dream. I’ve been sitting on it ever since, thinking it was too odd or not good enough to post. But then I remembered: I see absolute garbage posted on here a few times a month, and no one bats an eye. So enjoy, I guess or you do you.
