Buy bundles and give away the games.

This isn't really trading, it's just giveaways, you enter a giveaway and there's a high probability you won't win anything since there's about 200-2000 other people doing the same thing. It's all a matter of luck and time, you'll win something eventually, just remember to mark it as received once you do get it.

There is a special section for trading, you're on the normal SteamGifts discussions section now. We all do here is whine about blacklists and bundled trains.

Welcome to SG! Like others already said, read the fact most stuff is explained there, and bundles are the cheapest way to earn some cv (the xp to level up). But note just like the faq says bundle games give only 15% of their value towards cv. to check if its bundled here. Note that games are added retroactively, because 1 person has to keep the list up to date.

Don't join the giveaways on the "Giveaway" section cause your chances to win are usually in the hundredths . Level up by giving away games because giveaways with the fewest entries are the high-level ones(you will need to spend more than 1 000 USD to reach level 10) and look for giveaway threads on the forum for better chances. Also, join groups to enter group-only giveaways. Be nice and you may get whitelisted(special treatment) from other users or at least not blacklisted(ignore button). If you do get blacklisted, do not be angry because you can be blacklisted for anything.

2) Profit
3) Buy games
4) Give these games away
5) Get a high level
6) Participate in high leveled giveaways
7) Win
