Should i am be active on discussion
For me 1 time in week
WhY ? in old time there is was Giveaways for lvl 1 or 0 But now i cant find anyone ._. so less all it lvl 2
i am lvl 1 for that ... shouldnt be active many

Being active in discussion will get you on some whitelists (and blacklists).
Reading discussions might point you to private giveaways, for examples
1 and 2

u and 3-4 only who make some of low lvl x_x and i own rust 1 = nothing
and i am so lucky man won too good games >.> like pubg,sniper ghost 3 others pubg i won it from GMG
And u true i am open 2-3 days disc but i don't comment because i don't want BLACKLISTS
i am man who get many of things (kicks,mutes,etc)
i am in 950 group
almost all of them have gas (type group) i join it always and my points always get empty by it
but i still want More >,<

You could also just giveaway some non-free games and get to level 2.

no i really dont know what do
because i am cant make bundle gas
i want buy bundles but ...
i cant make paypal and they dont accept pre credit card (visa or mastercard)
idk why but no thing can make it
I didnt make it for ask u to be in wishlist X_X

The cause for lower level giveaways being less common is that lower level gifters tend to either have a poor ratio or are unfamiliar with the website, which can result in having to re-roll the giveaway. Of course, that isn't the case for everyone - But in general, people will make their giveaways with 3-4 level requirements.
