Whenever the giveaway ended I sent the gift to their email. It's now 9 hours after the giveaway ended, they have been online on both Steam and Steamgifts but haven't accepted the gift and will not reply to my friends/group requests. I have definitely sent it to the email supplied.
Should I request a new winner? have I waited an acceptable amount of time? I do have other things I want to give away promptly but due to my feedback level (first ever giveaway) I can only have two running simultaneously.
I appreciate any insight.
