So, as usual, I got wondering.

What was the last game you beat?
I don't mean actual 100% cleared, just beat.

Two day ago, I FINALLY beat the Ringed City from Dark Souls 3. And since it was with a new character devoted to using one weapon I needed to get from it, I count it as beaten the game as well. Especially since I did an ending I never got before.

So, who's next?

Sorry, no GA at the moment as I have nothing left.

Edit- Thanks to one poster, I should clarify that the game does not have to be on steam. It could be on the PS4, XBone, Switch or other. Even a phone game.

Edit 2- Added in PS5 and Series X games too.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor

With 5 days to spare before the servers shut down and 3 achievements become unobtainable... :)

I've had everything but the two Test achievements for a while now. It took a bit to re-learn the controls and strategies, but the challenges themselves weren't too bad. Test of the Ring only took me two tries, seeing as I completely forgot about how powerful the Ring is on the first attempt and barely used it (huge mistake!). Test of the Wild was fairly tricky to get successfully started, but once you manage to dominate a Warchief and can start challenging the others to duels then the Graug-kill technique (which is also helpful in Test of the Ring) made it really easy.

I had no idea the servers were shutting down. I didn't even know there were servers.

Yeah, the developers announced it in October. Seeing as they're the same people that shut down the Mad Max servers a few months ago (leaving one achievement impossible to obtain), it looks like they're cleaning house on their older games...

It affects the Vendetta achievement which requires you to kill an orc that killed a friend and the two Test achievements. The Test ones really shouldn't be affected since there's no multiplayer component other than posting a score to the leaderboard at the end of a successful run. But apparently the developers posted in November that those achievements would also be affected.

I really hate when devs stick multiplayer / on-line achievements into a single player game.

Recently finished Just Cause 3, it’s such a good sandbox! I’m not done with it yet though, will come back to 100% it soon.

I just beat Wasteland 3 yesterday. I backed the game on Fig, but I didn't start playing it until relatively recently (I put 100 hours into it, and I play RPGs pretty meticulously, so it's probably a 60-80 hour game). It's a great game, but it's way too buggy, and its scale isn't large enough to justify its $60 retail price. I'm still glad I backed it, and I definitely enjoyed playing it (I'm going back through a second time to see some of the things I had to miss because of how the plot branches work. And this time I'm using a savegame editor to basically make my characters into gods that can blow through the game pretty quickly).

Fallout 1 and 2 are among my favorite games ever, and I also really enjoyed Wasteland 2, so I was very much looking forward to this one.

yesterday finished cyberpunk 2077 its a decent game, expected to be more polished for a game that was developed for 7 years. it feels so difirent tho when you look at the teaser trailer video back in 2013 it showed some vision or idea of what the future could look like. Im sad to see the game gets soo much hate by everyone, but i feel its the gamers and corporates fault for rushing CDPR to release the game even tho it was advertised as "coming when its ready" and the game shows that it wasnt ready yet. but i guess i am the only one who enjoyed the game for what it is. never the less i enjoyed the game for what it is and thankful to the devs that i didnt got too much issues while playing the game and completed the journey of my Nomad V and i hope CDPR can manage to clear their name and gain back the trust of the many fans and gamers.

Completed Cyberpunk about a week ago - and absolutely loved it. Sure, it's heavily buggy, but I haven't experienced even a single game-breaking bug, or a freeze, or a crush (unlike, say, Assassin's Creed Valhalla that I'm currently playing: I have to save before each quest or world event because I might not be able to finish it). Blades combat combined with stealth+hacking is extremely satisfying, and the main thing about any game for me, the writing, is as superb as it's always been in CDPR games.

I started and finished MURI last night, it was a short and sweet DOS style platformer, very authentic but it thankfully ran much more smoothly than a real old DOS game.
Surprisingly weird story, I didn't fully understand what was going on at certain points. Loved the aesthetic, I'm a sucker for retro games that actually emulate the look properly.

Finished Quake 4 about 10 minutes ago.

It's not bad. A bit disappointing, and feels more like a blend of Doom 3 and some generic sci-fi shooter than Quake, but I enjoyed it.
