You could remove that game licence by using the support page. Afterwards you would be able to buy the bundle for yourself as well.

I am in Russia. Here this bundle costs 50 rub, it is about 2.77 rub per game. All cards costs at market about 2 rub each. You get min 3 cards - total 6 rub, so it is profitable here. Didn't know that it is much expensive in other countryes
