It turns out that the key assigned to the game Death to Spies: Moment of Truth, when activated it tells me that duplicate says valve. I quote The product key you entered has already been activated by another Steam account and cannot be used again. Contact the store where you bought it for help. What should I do in this case

If this is a key for a game you've won on SG then comment on the GA so the creator can see it's a duplicate key (i.e. already redeemed). They may be able to replace it with a working key (I sometimes screw up and paste in the wrong key!). Otherwise you may agree to a deletion, or mark the GA as 'Not Received' (after 7 days).

If it's a key you bought then contact the seller.
