Might be that he bought it and then did win it same day :S happend to me once :S just bought a game and won it the same day.

Precisely. It is also against the rules to give out a game while it is on sale in an indie bundle. Someone else seems a little guilty of this as well.

Well when it happend to me a friend told me to contact support and they would select a new winner so yea think it is agianst the rules to give away a game you won.
