When you win you get a green pop up saying you win. Also in the top right, the little present, will turn red (just like the envelope as if someone has replied to you).

you do not increase your odds of winning by giving away games, however you will gain CV and thus be able to enter CV giveaways that usually have less entries

1: When you win you get a notification popup next time you visit the site (It's a cat in a party hat)
2: If you level up by making giveaways you can enter a larger variety of giveaways but I don't think it affects your chance of winning.
(I've made 1 giveaway and won 4 over a month, seems like pretty good odds to me)

im asking cause i have enter alot of giveaways and some really low numbers but i didnt know if there was a way to better your chance to win or not

If you are active and do puzzles and get on peoples whitelists or join groups or be of a high level you can enter more exclusive giveaways and have a better chance of winning. Otherwise consider the number of giveaways you have entered so far and the number of people entering those giveaways and consider that it is statistically fairly probable that you haven't won anything yet.

If you create giveaways you increase your level you can enter giveaways with level restrictions that have less people entering. That will increase your chances versus giveaways open to anyone.

though I've not won in a GA with 11 other entires, but also won in a GA with over 1100 entries... so there's always some luck involved.
