Nope, SGTools is explicitly allowed by CG. I'm talking about your disclaimer: "..but in case a key doesn't work, you agree to delete the GA by entering the train." You can not make that a rule. If a winner wins one of your giveaways, he can agree to a deletion, but he doesn't have to. His own choice. If he coses not to agree you have to deliver the key or live with a "Not received". Your choice, as is the coice to delete the giveaway.
