There is no sale, there's a promotion to get them free through Facebook and Twitter.

I'd say 99 out of 100 of them are exploited...

No, 100/100 are exploited. The worst thing is that they posted it when half America was sleeping, Europe was walking up,( but who will care about games at morning, not a lot ppl), so only Russia and other Asia got it at good time, so lucky ppl ( more than 50% didn't had Borderlands 2) exploited it, other who had exploited it too obviously.
