Thanks for the words of wisdom and advice everybody!

Just wanted to ask a general question on how people treat winners with non-activated games and/or multiple wins.

How do people deal with them when a check finds non-activated games/multiple wins? Depending on the amount, do you ask for a reroll? Do you just say frig it and send the gift/key? Is there any specific rule outlining the case?

I tired to do a search but, I don't think I used the proper terms to find what I'm looking for....

(That's all the consequence to not sending a gift).

That's not true. You also can be suspended, and if you do it multiple times - even permanently.

There can be consequences even after one not sent gift, because that's already rule violation. Don't give bad advice to people.

Well then, I advise you to sell won keys and mark won giveaways as not received. It has no consequences, so it's a win-win decision for you.

If it's older than that, you have to sent your gift.

If the person wasn't punished for the rulebreaking and you report them they'll get a temp. suspension.
And if your winner is suspended you can ask for a reroll.

I don't like to spam support either, but sadly there is no other way to check if a suspension was already served...and earlier this year I had some with unactivated wins from 2015 that still weren't found out....

7 of my ~45 Reroll request because of multiple wins/non-activations have been granted...sure most were already punished...but if I hadn't done the reports there still would have been 7 more out there now.^^

See this thread here by Khalaq. He states the supports opinion on this issue.
I always ask for a reroll when I find multiple wins/non-activations.

Me too because you can never be sure if user already has been suspended or not for them, only support knows that.

And I always check all my giveaway winners.

Bueno! Thanks igel2005

I do remember speaking with Khalag several years ago for some support stuff. Thanks for the heads up!

The users I glanced had multi wins/non-activation but from several months to several years ago.

Even if the infraction was years ago I'll request a reroll. Some users manage to stay under the radar for a long time, so it's worth a shot. If a suspension was already served support let's me know that and I'll send the key.

I have to say, I'm a little partial to that idea myself!

If I have a winner like that - I always report him (just in case nobody done it before), and if violation is less then month ago - I also ask for a reroll. Previously I also blacklisted such users, but since I cleared my blacklist I tend not filling it again.

Giveaways for suspended users can be rerolled...
Thus in the future if you make a ticket anyway...instead of "User Report" make a "Request New Winner" with the reason "Suspended or Inappropriate Behavior" and list the game(s).
If they didn't server punishment, they'll get suspended for a short time and your reroll will be granted.

Hmm.. That's some tricky way, I may actually try it. Thank you. I hope support won't be angry on me for that...

You said you report them anyway...so this won't even create more reports because you make a "Request New Winner" instead of your "User Report" ticket

if this is a single giveaway or small train i always check every winner and ask about reroll if something is wrong (even if its 2years old multiple win).
If this is big train with +100 winners i just send gifts without checking γƒŽ (ΒΊ _ ΒΊ γƒŽ)

Always ask support for reroll. No matter how may non-activated games/multiple wins are there and no matter how long the event took place.
If the user has been previously punished and has crossed 1 month GA ban, you'll have to send the key.
In other case you'll get your reroll accepted by support. And sometime you also might get lucky and catch older infractions from users. So don't hesitate to ask for reroll.

Always check - Support gets back to me and lets me know if the user has served suspension time for the infringement.

In some cases, for example winner with 50+ wins and a few unactivated wins from a long time ago, I usually let it slip unless I notice anything particularly suspicious. Not because I want to give the user a "chance", but because I'm fairly sure they were already suspensed for it.
