Yikes, I'm sorry. It's not ideal to plan something for your own birthday, but perhaps you could go on a date with her. If money is an issue right now, you could try going to some nice park or something, maybe see if you can go to some of the places you went on your first date. You could eat in, do a candlelight dinner, even if it is just Ramen. If there's not much going on between you two at the moment, perhaps an effort like that could help to rekindle the romance :) Anyway, good luck in the new year!
P.S. I was not saying that all of it, or even any portion of what happened on your Bday is your fault, just that I think you probably married her because you love her and that if you love her, I'm sure she's worth the effort to get things going well again ;)
